Return Policy
At Black Heart Lingerie, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn items with all original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. To keep everything perfect for our Lovies, we can’t accept pieces that show signs of wear—such as deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, or fragrance. Please try on your lingerie over your own panties to help us keep everything fresh and beautiful.
Return Process
Once your return is delivered, our team inspects items to ensure they are in new condition. This can take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return.
U.S. Returns & Exchanges
- $6 handling fee applies to all refunds
- Exchanges are free within 15 days
- Store credit has no fee
- Full-priced merchandise: exchange, store credit, or refund
Sale items: exchange or store credit only
Final Sale items: not eligible for return
International Returns
We do not provide free exchanges on international orders. If you wish to change your selection, you may return your item and place a new order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Only returns initiated through our official system can be processed. Black Heart reserves the right to refuse returns that arrive worn, damaged, or outside of the policy above. In these cases, the item will be sent back to you, Lovie.
