Fit & Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Black Heart bras run true to size, from 32B to 36DD, and panties from XS to L. Order the bra size you wear now. Our size guide walks you through band, cup, and how each silhouette is cut, so you can choose with confidence.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you tend to run tight in the band, size up. The silk has a touch of stretch, enough to move with you, enough structure to hold its shape. We don’t carry half sizes, so when you’re unsure, the larger band is the kinder choice.
Product & Silk Care
Is Black Heart silk?
Yes. Our silk pieces are made with 95% silk and 5% elastane, giving them the softness of silk with a little stretch for fit and comfort.
How do I care for silk lingerie?
Hand wash cold, then lay flat to dry. The silk repays the patience. Our silk care guide has the full ritual, from hand washing to steaming and what to avoid, so your pieces stay beautiful for years.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (U.S.) orders ship within 2-4 business days. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM CST ship the same business day. International orders ship within 3-5 business days after placement. You’ll receive tracking the moment your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping is free on orders over $150. Shipping on smaller orders, and international rates, is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Which carriers do you use?
For U.S. orders, we ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For international destinations, DHL delivers your Black Heart pieces with care.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship across the U.S. and to most international destinations via DHL. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
Will I pay duties or customs on international orders?
It depends on your country. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), which means VAT, import taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. DHL will notify you directly if payment is required. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Black Heart cannot modify or waive duties or taxes.
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. Your order arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside names what’s inside.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For U.S. orders, sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Yes. If your order total is $300 or more, a signature will be required for delivery to protect your purchase. Once marked as delivered, orders are no longer covered by insurance. FedEx will attempt one delivery before holding the package at a nearby location for pickup. If you’d prefer your order shipped without a signature, or need adjustments, please contact us before your order leaves our hands.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is used at checkout, we’ll request an alternate address. If one isn’t confirmed within 5 business days, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once delivered to the address provided, Black Heart cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange if the fit isn’t right?
Yes, Lovie. U.S. exchanges are free within 15 days, on unworn items with their original tags. If the fit isn’t right, we’ll get it right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Head to our Returns Center to begin. You have fifteen days from delivery to return or exchange unworn pieces with their tags still on.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We process returns within 10 business days, then send another note when your refund is released. From there, allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds are always sent back to your original payment method, no exceptions.
How do I use my store credit code?
At checkout, enter your code in the Promo box. Your credit applies instantly.
Still waiting on your refund?
If it’s been more than 3 business days since your confirmation, check with your bank first. If everything still feels off, reach out through our Contact page and we’ll take care of you.
Orders & Payment
Can I change my order after I place it?
Once your order is placed, changes can’t be made. We’re unable to combine orders, change colors or sizes, or add items.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel within one hour of placement, Monday through Friday, through our Contact page. While cancellations aren’t guaranteed, approved requests receive a full refund, including taxes and shipping.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped and a shipping label hasn’t been printed. Once your package has left our fulfillment center, we can’t change or redirect it. To request an update, contact us through our Contact page as soon as you can.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Can I buy gift cards?
Absolutely. We offer digital gift cards.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you have a Black Heart account, log in, view your order, and select Track Shipment for real-time updates. You can also track directly with our partners, USPS, UPS, or FedEx for U.S. orders, and DHL for international shipments.
