Orders of $300 or more require a signature upon delivery for added protection. Once marked as delivered, Black Heart cannot be responsible for loss or theft.

Returns are accepted within 15 days on unworn items with original tags. Refunds incur a $6 handling fee; exchanges are free for U.S. customers; and store credit never expires. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, while final sale items are not eligible for return.
