Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your personal data from Black Heart Lingerie's systems:

1. Email lovie@blackheartlingerie.us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days

We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. If your request is denied, you may appeal by contacting us at the same email address and including "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.

This includes data from the Black Heart Lingerie storefront, the email mailing list, and any related systems that hold your personal information. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is retained.
