Enjoy free U.S. shipping on orders over $200 and free exchanges within 15 days on all domestic orders.
We ship within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and internationally with DHL. Shipping rates and applicable duties are automatically calculated at checkout. All international orders ship Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) — customs fees or taxes may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Lovie.
Orders of $300 or more require a signature upon delivery for added protection. Once marked as delivered, Black Heart cannot be responsible for loss or theft.
Returns are accepted within 15 days on unworn items with original tags. Refunds incur a $6 handling fee; exchanges are free for U.S. customers; and store credit never expires. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, while final sale items are not eligible for return.
