Black Heart Lingerie accepts returns on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note: items that have been tried on with direct skin contact and show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Signs of wear include, but are not limited to, deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odor, or fragrance. We recommend always wearing your own underwear when first trying on your purchase.

Once your return is delivered back to us, our team will thoroughly inspect all items to ensure they are in new condition. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered.

• A $6 handling fee applies to all returns for a refund.
• Exchanges are free within the 15-day return window.
• Returns for store credit also incur no fee.
• Full-priced merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund.
• Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
• Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• International customers may return items and place a new order.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Returns made outside of our return system cannot be processed.
• If your return is accepted and you haven’t initiated an exchange or repurchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your refund or store credit.
• Black Heart Lingerie reserves the right to refuse any return that is worn, damaged, or does not comply with the policies above. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
